Anyone who thinks that sunshine is pure happiness, has never eaten a honey coated macadamia.
We coat macadamias in all varieties, from style 0 to style 7*, in the following flavours:
- honey
- caramel
- cinnamon
- maple
- vanilla
- gingerbread
*) style 0 = super premium wholes; (21mm and up); style 1 = premium wholes (19-21mm); style 2 = premium wholes and halves (15-19mm); style 3 = premium cocktail mix (>13mm); style 4 = premium halves (12-15mm); style 5 = premium large chips (9-12mm); style 6 = premium chips (6-9mm); style 7 = premium small chips (5-6mm)
To spice up your favourite flavour, we can add some delicious natural herbs and/or spices, like: Celtic sea salt, chili, garlic, coco, fennel or your own favourite herb/spice.
All coated macadamias are perfect as a snack or as an ingredient in a wide variety of applications such as ice cream, chocolate, cereals, energy bars, nougat, bakery products, salad/vegetable topping, etc.
